The Open

Don’t worry, the CrossFit Open is still here. CrossFit Games Analysts Sean Woodland and Tommy Marquez, previously hosts of the now-cancelled Update Show, talk about the changes to the season in the first episode of their new podcast Talking Elite Fitness. They also mention that there will be no Open announcements, at least not as a format like the previous years.

You can still register for the Open and join your local community.

Date: February 21 – March 2
