Ways to do the CrossFit Open 2021

First information about the upcoming CrossFit Open are available now via the official crossfitgames instagram account. As expected, the whole process will take the global pandemic into consideration and offers two ways to do the Open, with basic equipment and completely equipment-free.

The list of equipment is

  • A dumbbell
  • A barbell and plates
  • A plyo box
  • A jump rope
  • A pull-up location

For each workout there will be an equipment-free version for that all you’ll need is a clear space in your home, driveway, or nearby park.

CrossFit Open 2021 start on March 11th

The 2021 season will begin with a three-week CrossFit Open that starts on March 11. Worldwide registration will start on Jan. 7
