Now this is something new: a completely new type of workout, and I think everyone stresses out a bit about this one. Depending on your level, this workout will look completely different to the person working out next to you. Here we go:
For time, partitioned any way:
120 wall-ball shots, 20-lb. ball to 10 ft.
Time cap: 20 min.
You can mix and match the movements however you want. It’s probably a bad idea to do everything unbroken in one big set, and it’s also not smart to do 40 rounds of 1 muscle up, 2 calories on the rower and 3 wall ball shots…
However you want to do this, have fun while planning your strategy.
