CrossFit Open 20.2

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

  • 4 dumbbell thrusters (50lbs / 35lbs)
  • 6 toes-to-bars
  • 24 double-unders

Make sure to read the official workout description and the movement standards before you start.

In 20 minutes, that’s a lot of double unders and also a lot of toes-to-bars. Beyond The Whiteboard says that the average score on this workout is between 13 to 15 rounds. The elite athletes will push 28 rounds though.
