Following the Open, the top 200 age group athletes worldwide in each age division will qualify to compete in the Age Group Online Qualifier (#AGOQ). The top 10 in each division qualify for the CrossFit Games.

Here’s a short overview of the workouts, but make sure to read all the workout description PDFs to get the full details on movement standards and video recording guidelines if you want to submit your score online.
Workout 1
3 rounds of time of:
15 deadlifts, 225 lb.
35 overhead squats, 75 lb.
90 double-unders
Time cap: 15 minutes
Workout 2
For time:
80 bar-facing burpees
4,000-meter row
Time cap: 30 minutes
Workout 3
For time:
5 rounds of:
4 muscle-ups
13 shoulder-to-overheads, 135 lb.
Then, increase the weight for 5 rounds of:
4 muscle-ups
7 shoulder-to-overheads, 185 lb.
Time cap: 15 minutes
Workout 4
Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
45 thrusters, 95 lb.
45 toes-to-bars
45 cleans, 95 lb.
45 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Workout 5
For time:
30 snatches, 135 lb.
30 strict handstand push-ups
Time cap: 6 minutes
