4 new CrossFit sanctional events announced

CrossFit announced four new officially sanctioned events for individual athletes and teams to compete for invitations to the 2020 CrossFit Games. The events will take place in Norway, Germany, Egypt and USA.

Mid-Atlantic CrossFit Challenge is underway

The second half of the CrossFit games season started yesterday with the Mid-Atlantic CrossFit Challenge and this weekend is full of interesting events, including a very interesting workout that goes like this:
