CrossFit Open 19.3 workout, description and links

This weeks CrossFit Open 19.3 workout has two high-skill gymnastics moves and an aggressive timecap. Let’s take a look at the workout:

Workout 19.3

For time:
200-ft. dumbbell overhead lunge
50 dumbbell box step-ups
50 strict handstand push-ups
200-ft. handstand walk

Time cap: 10 minutes

There already are some posts up on social media about the judging of the strict HSPU. We will see after the weekend how this will work out and what penalties are handed out after review of submitted videos for the higher up athletes.
